TRANSPARENT ASSUMPTIONS

How much time does rep scheduling take?

There is no single figure for every clinic. Use your own request volumes and active handling time, including review work that would remain.

Worked example: 7.2 hours per month

One clinic, 40 non-meal requests and 20 meal requests monthly, with 80% digital adoption. Non-meal handling changes from 12 to 4 minutes; meal handling changes from 18 to 7 minutes.

0.8 × [40 × (12 − 4) + 20 × (18 − 7)] ÷ 60 = 7.2 hours per month, or 86.4 per year.

This is an illustrative scenario, not measured customer performance. Excludes one-time setup and time attending, serving, or cleaning up meals. Methodology version 1.0.
